Hammock Beach offers a coastal resort lifestyle with golf, pools, beach access, dining, fitness, spa services, racquet sports, and social activities. However, access depends on your membership type and the Club’s current rules.
Is Membership Included With Homeownership?
No. Club membership is separate from homeownership, HOA dues, and condominium fees.
Membership options, fees, guest privileges, and amenity access can change. Always confirm the current details with The Club at Hammock Beach before buying.
Membership Options
1) Beach Club Membership
Beach Club membership may be a good fit for buyers who want resort and recreational amenities without full golf membership.
Benefits may include:
● Beach and pool access
● Lazy river and waterslide
● Fitness and wellness facilities
● Tennis and pickleball
● Dining and social events
● Family and children’s activities
Some Beach Club members may also receive limited seasonal golf access at the applicable rate. The number of rounds, dates, fees, and restrictions can change, so confirm the current terms with the Club.
2) Full Golf + Beach Club Membership
This option includes Beach Club benefits plus access to Hammock Beach’s two championship golf courses:
● The Ocean Course: Associated with Jack Nicklaus and known for its coastal setting and ocean views.
● The Conservatory Course: Associated with Tom Watson and known for its landscaped layout and championship design.
Depending on the current membership terms, Full Golf members may also receive:
● Practice facility access
● Advance tee-time booking
● Member tournaments and events
● Golf instruction
● Family and guest privileges
Cart fees, range fees, instruction, tournaments, and other charges may apply.
2026 Membership Costs
The Club’s published 2026 Schedule of Dues & Charges lists Beach Club at $18k initiation and $709 monthly dues. Full Golf and Beach Club at $50k initiation and $1311 monthly dues dues. These are published rates, not guaranteed quotes. Fees, membership categories, assessments, and payment terms may change. Can Non-Owners Join?
