I'm Samantha Rosenbaum, a Florida real estate agent with Real Broker LLC serving Hammock Beach, Palm Coast, and Flagler Beach. My focus is The Hammock, including Hammock Beach, Ocean Hammock, Hammock Dunes, and the surrounding waterfront neighborhoods, where I help clients buy, sell, and build everything from beachfront condos and golf course homes to luxury estates and homesites.

I bought my first property, an investment home in Hammock Beach Resort, in 2010, and I've been buying, selling, and building in Palm Coast ever since. Today, I'm proud to call Palm Coast home.

My husband, Josh, and I own Hammock Construction & Development. With Josh's expertise as a general contractor and my involvement in our construction business, I bring a valuable perspective to real estate. I can help you recognize a home's potential, explore renovation possibilities, and understand what makes a property the right fit.

Before real estate, I earned my MBA from Stetson University and spent 20 years in the medical device industry, where attention to detail, clear communication, and trusted relationships were essential. Those same values guide how I work with clients today. I combine personal attention, creative marketing, and a hands-on approach to make each transaction as smooth as possible.

For me, real estate is about people helping people achieve their dream coastal life. Whether you're relocating, investing, buying from out of state, or preparing to sell, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Outside of work, you'll find me on beach walks with our huskies, spending time with Josh and our family, and enjoying the coastal lifestyle I love helping others discover.
